Coffee in the United States is served by three kinds of places: national chains with drive-thrus and mobile ordering, independent neighborhood cafes that double as a workspace or a meeting spot, and specialty shops that roast their own beans or buy single-origin lots and brew them by pour-over, espresso or cold brew. Most open between 6 and 7 a.m. on weekdays, slightly later on weekends, and the busiest hour is the commute rush before 9. A drip coffee runs a few dollars, espresso drinks and specialty pours more, and tipping a dollar or a percentage on the card reader is customary but not required. Nearly every cafe offers free Wi-Fi, though some limit laptop seating at peak times or on weekends, and outlets are often the scarce resource.

Magnolia is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Magnolia follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Really wanted to like this place. I was excited to hear Christian music, and the space is beautiful - great furniture, decor, and kind staff. But that’s not what makes a coffee shop work. Coffee and WiFi matter, and neither delivered. I came here specifically to get work done, and the WiFi didn’t work. I was told this is a known issue when multiple people are on it. There were only about four other people using it, and it still wouldn’t connect. That’s a serious problem. It ended up being a complete waste of my time and money. If this is ongoing, it needs to be fixed immediately or clearly communicated to customers before they purchase anything. People are choosing your shop to work, and they need reliable internet. The iced latte was also very weak, and the lavender β€œscone” was more like a piece of cake with icing. Also I found the parking during mid day to be really difficult. This coffee shop is in a business park and there are hardly any spots available for Sycamore guests to park in because all the office folk have reserved parking. I really hope this improves because the space has so much potential. If it’s Christian-owned, I genuinely want to support it - but the basic

Visiting from out of town, you have to stop here! Great coffee, tea, cookies, and avocado toast. Friendly baristas! Great vibes and decor. This would be a great place to get some work done out of the office. Highly recommend!

It's in an office park. I only found it because of Google but I'm always down to try new places and I'm on a never-ending search for quality homemade ingredients. I stopped in here. I had the brown butter toffee flavored latte and a blueberry muffin. Both were very good. I'll be back. They have a rewards program too. There is an outdoor seating area also if you're interested. I'd give the Toffee Latte an 8.5 and the Blueberry Muffin an 8.5. I can't wait to try some other homemade flavors of lattes FYI the people working there are really nice and cheerful. It was good to meet happy people at a coffee shop.

Beautiful space - hidden off the main road. It was too late to eat here so we just had coffee. They were out of the drink (eggnog) that we originally wanted. Drinks we chose instead were not what we expected. They offer a coffee flight. Happy hour on weekdays. The space is beautiful - inside and out.

This little gem is worth the visit! Lattes were amazing (vanilla latte, 3 shots, 3 pumps vanilla) Everything on my spread was delicious! We sat outside and enjoyed the patio weather while the kids played. Services was great, everyone was sweet and brought food out to us once it was ready. I did notice as I was leaving there was a pancake area for the kids to warm up the pancakes and add sprinkles to it. We will have to try it out next visit. :)
